RAINBOW TROUT
So fresh that the fish is still swimming when you order it and raised to Whole Foods standards, our trout are the highest quality available. They are available from Whole Foods stores, various distributors, or straight from us to you. We process dressed, boned, fillet, and butterfly fillet products.
IDAHO CAVIAR
Our Idaho Caviar has been quickly making a name for itself, appearing in food magazines and television shows. As a small operation, we take every detail into consideration and opt for quality over quantity. Our caviar can be purchased through distributors or directly from us in 1 oz, 2 oz, 250 gram, 1,100 gram and 1,800 gram containers.
STURGEON
Our sturgeon program began through a joint venture with the local college, fish and game, sportsmen, and industry participants that intended to save the endangered sturgeon in our rivers. Today, we are proud to have a thriving wild sturgeon population and be able to provide you with this incredible fish. Our sturgeon is available as dressed, bullets, and frozen fillets.
CATFISH
It was the basis of our business for a reason. Our catfish has firmer meat and lacks the typical muddy flavor. Instead it tastes as pure as the spring water it was raised in. We provide whole fillets, shank-off fillets, catfish nuggets, and dressed catfish.
TILAPIA
A tasty fish with white flaky meat. Our tilapia create a more efficient ecosystem on our catfish farm and improved our sustainability. Tilapia are provided dressed.
ABOUT US
A Little Info
We were built from the water up by Leo and Judy Ray beginning in 1973. With his innovative ideas, Leo became the first to raise catfish in Idaho in concrete raceways and later the first to commercially raise tilapia in the United States. With the addition of cold water farms, we then expanded in rainbow trout, sturgeon, and our famous caviar.
From catfish to caviar, our cold spring water and artesian geothermal water has allowed us to provide some of the highest quality fish in the USA and abroad. Our water has made us the company we are today and we are dedicated to continuing to use it innovatively and sustainably.
